We develop inner-city Wichita! MAJOR PROJECTS: Housing Developments for New Homeowners HOMES POWER CDC is bringing affordable, quality homes to the inner city, making a stable neighborhood a practical reality for people of all economic levels in the community. We have many homes completed (over 90 in the last 8 years), and some available for sale today. Several more homes are now being built.
